Hello, all! I am so excited to start this upcoming school year- '23/'24. It know it will be our best yet!

 

To tell you a little about me... I grew up in Oak Ridge, moved away in 1994, and spent 26 years longing to return to the beauty of East Tennessee. Finally I made it back home in 2020, and I am firmly putting down roots in the hopes of never leaving again!

 

I am a graduate of Oak Ridge High School and Carson-Newman College, and I have taught in a number of different settings: public school, hybrid school, and homeschooling my own children. My husband and I have six kids between us ranging in age from 31 to 13 and this summer we welcomed our first grandchild, Harper. We are avid Tennessee fans (Go Vols!) and have a beagle- Rudy, a great Pyrenees- Clo (Closephina when she's feeling fancy), and a cat named Booty.
