Hello!

Happy weekend to all. I hope this week has treated you all well. Next week we will be continuing in Unit 9, geometry. Student handouts 5-8 will be covered, with SH 8 being done at home. Please make sure this topic is covered so that we can continue to build on the unit the following week. Video links are listed below:

Hello!

Happy Friday! This week we will be starting a new unit, Geometry (Unit 9). SH 1 & 2 will be taught together, followed by SH 3 either Wed or Thur depending on what day you're at school, and then SH 4 must be completed at home on Friday. Because Friday has an at home lesson, there will be no Friday Activity posted.

Hello!

Happy Friday to all. As you can see, I've linked a lot of PDFs below. Don't be overwhelmed! Most of it is straightforward, and I'll explain below:

First, the schedule for 6th grade was much too chaotic for the rest of the year, so I revised some dates for RED DAY students. All information and material is still included, I simply restructured a few days to add some space (hopefully). The first PDF below will show you the revised schedule that we will follow until May 10th.

Secondly, next week all of 6th grade will be finishing up Unit 8. SH 7, 8, and unit review will be covered in class. However, RED DAY please complete Unit 8 test at home on Friday after school or sometime before Monday. We will be moving onto Unit 9 on Monday the 22nd, therefore please have Unit 8 completed by then. The blank test and answer key are linked below.

Here are the video links for SH 7 & 8:

I know these last couple of months can be overwhelming, so please do not hesitate to reach out with questions. Thank you all, and have a great weekend!

Hello!

Happy weekend to all - I will start by saying that Monday the 8th will be a half day due to the Solar Eclipse. Students should be picked up at 12:10. I will also be out of town on Monday, so Red Day students will have a sub.

There is a lot of information to pack into the next few weeks, so Friday Activities will now be the student handouts we will be doing in class alongside the videos.

With all that being said, we will be working on SH 4, 5, and 6 next week. The video links are attached below, as well as the answer keys. There is a quiz in between SH 5 and 6 - please ignore this! If you want to use it as review at home, feel free to do so, but know that it is not mandatory at all.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Have a great weekend!
